Yoga & Mindfulness at Milner
Let Jill Sawchuk guide you to total relaxation through gentle mindfulness and meditation practices all in a space of total tranquility. These two-hour soulful summer sessions are designed to bring you into your mind, body, and breath through forest bathing, breathwork, meditation, and yoga. Not only will you find inner peace during your session, but you will leave having learned invaluable tools that you can use in your everyday life.
This program is suitable for all ages and abilities, as Jill can tailor each class to fit your needs.

Our Spring and Fall Plant Sales offers great discounts on heritage plants straight from the Milner Heritage Collection.

Regular Admission: 11:00am - 4:30pm with viewing until 5:00pm

Scarecrow Spectacular
A family-friendly, daytime celebration of Fall in the Gardens. Come vote on your favourite locally made scarecrow creation!
Dates: October 25th - 27th, 2024
