Shoots with Roots 2025-26 Application Form

The Shoots with Roots Five Visit program is offered free of charge through the generosity of donors and the Milner Gardens & Woodland Society.

The program is extremely popular, and we often have more classes who wish to attend than we have space for.

Interested K-7 teachers from local public and private schools are invited to apply to attend. Applications are reviewed by a committee to determine which classes are the best fit.

First choice will be given to Grades 1, 2, and 3 (including K-1 splits). We welcome applications from classes who are excluded from outdoor learning in other spaces due to accessibility needs.

Applications for the 2025-26 school year are now closed. Applications for 2026-27 will open in May 2026.
