About Visiting Santa at Milner Christmas Magic

About Visiting Santa:

Visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus in their cabin is a special experience. Please read these guidelines to help make your visit go smoothly.

  • Expect a 30-45 minute wait. Santa and Mrs Claus spend  time speaking with each child, and visits are not rushed. Most children old enough to enjoy talking to Santa say it is worth the wait.
  • Supervised children are welcome to visit the colouring table in the gazebo near Santa’s sleigh while another family member waits in line.
  • On busy nights a time token system may be used to reduce wait times.  You will be given a token with a time on it and asked to come back and join the line at that time.  You will still have to wait for Santa, but your wait will be shorter.
  • You are welcome to take your own photos. There is no photographer, and no fee.
  • Please join the line by 8:00pm. Santa and Mrs. Claus have to return to the North Pole on time, or the reindeer complain.
  • Due to accumulating lines, arriving towards the end of the event time may mean that a visit with Santa is not possible.
